Evolution is designed under a completely different set of goals then NPC Designer and Item Designer.  It is being developed using the .Net Framework and is constantly testing with Mono to ensure it can be used on Llinux and Mac operating systems in addition to Windows.  Evolution has been designed to be developed in stages, these phases will be outlined below as time permits.
